Metro Atlanta Deliveries Only
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call
us immediately. Hand delivered products must be returned
to us within 24 hours for a full refund (minus delivery
fee) or replacement. For items that are lost or damaged
during shipment, we will refund the amount of the item
minus the shipping fees. All items must be returned to
us within a timely manner.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed for next day delivery/shipping
unless otherwise specified.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on
Monday of the next business week.
Same Day Deliveries
We will do our best to process orders that are phoned in
before 10:00am on the same day. Please call us at (770)
808-8803 to arrange for same day delivery.
Custom Orders
We will gladly customize an order for you. Please call
us at (770) 808-8803 for all of your custom needs.
Local Delivery
Orders to be delivered with a 15-mile radius can be
hand-delivered. Delivery charge is $10.00 per address.
For orders outside of the normal delivery area an extra
fee will be applied.
Shipping
All of our products, except fresh fruit bouquets can be
shipped nationally.
Address Correction
For invalid address, you will be charged a second
delivery or shipping fee.
Multiple Orders
If you need to place an order for delivery/shipping to
multiple addresses, please place an individual order for
each address online or call us at (770) 808-8803 to
place your order.
Hospital Deliveries
Please verify that the recipient will still be in the
hospital at the scheduled delivery time before placing
your order. (See Address Correction)
Product Availability
We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or
greater value if a product becomes unavailable.
